Laser Machine Control Benefits

Laser Machine Control Automate Components

There is 1 type of laser machine control automate system. Since there is a control box, and many more points of contact with the machine than with an indicate system, all displays are mounted in the cab of the machine.

Each Laser Machine Control System Needs a rotating Laser to provide a point of reference. Get a self leveling one to save yourself the headaches.

Parts Breakdown for each Machine:

  1. Blade / Bucket Mouting Bracket Permanent or temporary installation point of the mast to the machine.
  2. Mast Pole protruding from the mounting bracket in #1
  3. Laser Receiver Receives the laser light and determines above or below grade
  4. Display box Mounted in the cab, this item tells the operator if he is cutting or filling as he drives but controlled by the control box #5.
  5. Control Box Mounted in the cab, this item can be overridden by the operator but will otherwise adjust the blade/bucket to the right height to maintain grade. It does so by receiving electronic signals from the laser receiver and transmitting signals to the hydraulic actuators in #6.
  6. Hydraulic Actuators Installed in line of the machine’s hydraulic system, this items receive signals from the control box and then maneuver the blade for cutting or filling as the operator just drives.
